Required before class, to work on models:
Certificate of completion of Bloodborne Pathogen Training for Body Art (Approved Trainers only)
Blood Borne Pathogens and communicable diseases certification. This is required. (No Exceptions)

Required Deposit To Reserve Spot
DEPOSIT FOR TRAINING
Deposit (non-refundable and non-transferrable) is required to secure your spot for one of our training session. Our workshop is only reserve 2-4 spots. This deposit will be deducted from your overall balance. Remaining balance is due a 1 week before registered date. Merchant Fees may apply to balance payment.

Be a Model
We are always looking for live models. Highly Trained Artist and Instructor will be working to live models. Model must be candidate for Permanent Makeup. Age 18 - 40 yrs. Normal - Dry Skin condition. No problematic skin. Email a selfie, Bare face for approval. Set up fee $150.
